Made a reservation on Expedia... paid in full in advance.... the reservation got screwed up....but they would not me check in until it was paid in full again..... now I’m I a credit card dispute with 2 companies over the same reservation

The toilet seat was broken when we checked in. There were also open, used bars of soap in the shower. The bathroom counter top was also sticky. I informed the front desk.
