Good enough Wanted non-smoking room -given smoking room- No other rooms available -Room smelled of smoke and so did my clothes. Air conditioner did not control room temperature.

Decent Place for Cost Basic hotel. Not much for breakfast, a few fruits and granola bars. Hotel is more of a ill action of efficiencies - but, that is what the hotel is "Extended Stay America". I was a late check in - so I called and they left my key out for me behind the desk (it was secure) and made for an easy check in.

Good I wasn't completely grossed out by the room cleanliness. The bathroom had been redone with nice floor & bathtub which was nice. The kitchen was empty- no dishes etc. hotel staff was friendly. Good location & safe for parking. Dog friendly. I also didn't hear any neighbors.
Stop charging me No problems until checkout. I was charged an additional 3 times after I checked out. They showed me as a "no-show" for a reservation that I never made. The follow up conversations were productive but I am annoyed that a simple one night stay turned into them maxing out my credit card and I have to wait for the charges to drop off.

Overnight stay Staff behind desk was great. Friendly, knowledgeable with good service. Maybe got up too late but shower was only lukewarm and no hot water at sink.
Okay...but could be better! I wish I could give a higher rating because the staff was extremely kind and helpful...but someone isn't managing well.It started with no coffee cups for coffee in the lobby. What good is coffee without a cup. We asked for a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for our door. They were out! (this is a pretty basic hotel item!) Day 2 we asked for more shampoo. They were out!
