First time in Extended American I am coming to the Extended American for one day. I think the staff were very welcoming and helpful in giving e the direction about the restaurant. They are very generous and allowed me to check out at a later hour without charging me anything.

It was a very convinent place for us to stay I would definitely stay there again. The lobby and the hallways were very hot because it was so cold outside. When we went into the room everything was great. The lady who helped me Jennifer even called after I got into my room to check on me and make sure everything was alright.

Great staff. Tired room. Stayed at same place before. The rooms are tired. Maintenance needs to keep up with the wear and tear.

The owner checked me in even though I had arrived a bit early; very accommodating. He was very friendly and chatty making sure I knew where coffee and snacks were kept. The room was comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the Garden State Parkway and Red Bank downtown.

A nice and pleasant stay We booked this hotel with no big expectations and they delivered. Our first room's a/c did not work and the manager immediately placed us on to a nice room on the 3rd floor. The rooms were very quiet and you can't hear your neighbors. The area was very nice and quiet too.The front desk was very good and informative too! We saw a cockroach which definitely came from outside but other than that, the rooms were very clean. Overall a pleasant stay.
