Noise from upstairs was excessive The clomping footsteps of the person or people in the room upstairs was excessively loud and annoying.

GREAT STAY IN SPITE OF--- The TV went in and out of volume all night--lived with it because it was not a deal breaker. We also had very loud neighbors upstairs from us--sounded like they danced all night but we were so tired that we were sleeping in no time.

Fine for one night, pricey for location and room. Clean, staff was nice at check in and check out.
RedBank is the Best Staff Front Desk agent was so friendly n helpful ! She made my stay so great. So glad to find a hotel that still has smoking rooms . I will return many times

Initially,I booked the room for a sat to go to a concert at the PNC arts Center. I changed my mind and decided to stay the whole weekend and get some beach time in. I had booked the Queen Non smoking suite,which was a decent size, however I did think the bed was a little small. The kitchen was an added bonus but thankfully I brought paper cups and plates, plastic utensils, etc, because there was none, not even a pot or pan!
