Pleasant Stay I chose this hotel after reading the great reviews of other patrons. On Feb 26, 2015 I attended a conference at 7:00 Am at Riverview Medical Center which was about 2 miles away from the Extended Stay America Hotel, so my stay was on the night before. Though my stay was very brief, I felt safe and comfortable. I Did not have much contact with the hotel staff, except at the check in counter, they were very friendly, polite and helpful with directions to nearby stores. Great Location. Near where we needed to be. The room we ordered with a king size bed was not available due to plumbing problems, but the queen size room they moved us in was very nice. Room was spacious, clean,and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.
Very decent hotel It was fine..room was comfortable & staff was efficient
Room wasnt available. Whole place reeked of marijuana. Staff was very unpleasant, slow, and unhelpful.

Bed and Pillows POOR. A little silverware would be nice. Front automated doors terrible to get through with a luggage cart
