The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and not the cheapest). The area felt extremely unsafe due to transient looking people getting openly drunk and high in the hotels outdoor patio tables. Doors to non guests that were said to remain locked and not accessible without a key card were accessible to anyone off the street. The basic needs for hotels were not followed at all. My expectations were a basic clean room with functional amenities that were advertised on their website which was completely false. There were cockroaches in my room, walls were dirty, linens and towels looked unwashed and dirty, room smelled like cigarettes regardless of the “no smoking” policy that was supposed to be enforced, black mold in our AC unit, the toilet was non functional and lastly the mattress had food crumbs on it regardless of us barely arriving. The hotel was dirty and smelly, the room was dirty, after getting to the room we checked out immediately due to how gross and smelly the hotel and room was.

I’m not one to write reviews but it was so bad we cancelled the trip and went home early. Reception was having a conversation with someone on her AirPods, mouthed and motioned for an ID, handed me the room keys and pointed towards the elevator without saying a word to me. Room was dirty, unpatched holes in dry wall, blinds were broken and visibly soiled, refrigerator unclean with sticky residue on door shelves. roach city where is my I don't think it is where y Well my state was terrible I have to go to work I couldn't check out they told me if I didn't like it I have to check out if I wanted to check out and I told him no I had to stay here for work is business and then there was a lot of roaches I took pictures and videos so you don't see that online and I asked him to do something about it and they said that if I didn't like it too I can leave I want to be compensated and I want my money back

Property was ok. Some things were dirty, walls are thin. Had a reservation for a suite with a king bed and sofa bed. When i got there i was downgraded to a 2 queen bed room. Was told the suite was not available. On their screen it showed my reservation as a 2 queen bed room, but on my expedia app it showed a king suite with sofa bed. That was disappointing, i paid the same price. I believe we should if "we get apples, we should pay for apples."

The room wasn't ready at check in, it took 2 more hours to check in. This is place is like a half way house but for hotels. There are syringe disposal boxes and sketchey feeling around the place. There were roaches and no coffee in the morning. The stomping on the floor above was non stop. I got no sleep. I left a day early and booked a different hotel. The whole experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.
