Cindy We were very impressed with the staff and the accommodations. The neighborhood was great too. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

Nice place, bad Internet Very friendly staff, but I was disappointed by the hotel's 'free wi-fi.' As soon as I attempted to get on the Internet, I was prompted via the hotel's page to purchase a faster tier of Internet access. Because I was only staying for one night, I didn't see the point in it. Bad choice. I could not get past my homepage since the free wi-fi was so sluggish. Okay for our purposes The room smelled smokey even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Now all our clothes smell. We needed a place to stay for a week while our new home was being finished and this fit the bill. It is not a place I would recommend for a vacation or a couples getaway but it was clean other than the smoke smell. The bed was a bit firm but the room was large and the hotel provides a comfortable chair for tv. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was good.

Nice overall, need car, not in central Reno Walls were a bit thin, but hotel does not seem like a party location, so wasn't much of a problem. Clean, affordable, and includes kitchenette, how can you go wrong? There is not daily maid service, as it is geared mostly for long-term stays.
