Pretty Ordinary... Not much special going on here. The basics, and little more. Very clean and the staff was great, tho.
Somewhat indifferent front desk staff, pretty uniform across different staffers, suggesting that's a tone from the top

Simple My mistake We. Have kids they would have enjoyed a swimming pool. Did not see any housekeeping area was clean and quite comfortable.

I would have rated this a 5 on service due to the man helping me was extremely nice. With that there were 2 men that walked in behind me who had called earlier and was told there had been cancellations and they could get a room. An older lady walked up to the desk and started arguing with them. Telling them they were booked and there was no way they called this business. Turns out they did and there was cancellations. This woman was out right rude and doesn't know customer service at all.
