Great Value great place to stay if you're looking for snowplay and gambling. The rooms come with a kitchenette and a full size fridge, stove, and microwave, so that helped us not eat out for every meal. 10-15 minutes away from casinos. very close to a shopping center (w/grocery store). small tube tv, good climate controls. Great for those on a budget.

my ESA stay Our first stay with ESA hotel chain. It is good to have the kitchenette with Microwave, especially for families traveling with kids. However, check in was a hassle. The room had only one bed (contrary to the picture and expectations) and we had to pay extra to upgrade to a larger size room with two beds.

Double Diamond, Reno Walls were a bit thin and bed was very hard. No maid service over a three day stay. Temp control good, and the kitchen set-up was nice. Not top end, but it was sufficient and a good choice for the cost.

Extended Stay America Reno-South Meadows Upon our arrival the front desk personnel checked us in quickly and efficiently. After we had a chance to go to our room and then came back downstairs they checked to make sure everything was alright. We found the room to be clean. Was somewhat surprised that there was no "maid service" to at least give us clean towels and to straightened up the room while we were gone the first day. Good choice for the money I was very pleased with my stay at Extended Stay America. As you know maid service is performed once a week hence the low rate. However, I was impressed with the condition of the property as well as I my room. For the most part, the building looked new including the caulking in the bathroom. I will stay at Extended Stay America again.
