Great value Friendly staff. Room in very good condition. Other reviews complained of noise, but it wasn't a problem for me. Building construction is typical of recent mid-range hotels. Others complained of hard beds. I've had similar in a number of modern hotels, and like them that way.

Great Value The room was clean and comfortable. However, I will agree with some of the reports of the beds being hard. But the hotel offers pads if this is the case.

This was a decent room at an affordable price for a business trip to Reno. I was staying for a week so it was worth it to have a kitchen. If you're not planning on spending alot of time in the casinos this is a good place to stay because it's a few minutes down the highway from downtown. The kitchen has everything but an oven, and there are 2 grocery stores really close by. The only things that were wrong is the remote didn't always work, and the coffee maker was a little janky. as expected Nice and quiet, which is what we were looking for. Well away from downtown, but easy and quick to get there. Great neighborhood for walking. No pool or workout room but the stove and fridge and kitchen sink is what we wanted. Saved a lot of money by eating breakfast and lunch there. Shower faucet handle fell off and the staff had it fixed right away.Nothing fancy but if your looking for a reasonable priced place away from all the downtown party folks I would recomend it.
