BIG room! Friendly staff and nice rooms! Rooms had kitchens which made it nice to cook if you didnt want to go out. Pet friendly as well which makes it nice to bring the whole family!!!! Clean hotel and laundry facilities available.

ESA Reno take 2 Second time at this location. The place is understaffed - sometimes nobody is at the front desk during regular business hours. The hallway reeked of smoke throughout the stay, fortunately the room did not. I don't watch TV, but if you do, bring your binoculars. They have the smallest TVs I've ever seen in a hotel room. It's a decent place to stay, and since they cater to business travellers it's not too busy on the weekends. The beds are firm and very comfortable.

Good no frills hotel If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it. But for a clean, comfortable room with the added advantage of a limited kitchen (cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator) it's a decent place to stay. They don't have shampoo, hairdryers, dish soap, etc. in the rooms but you can get them from the front desk. Biggest drawback is that the walls aren't well soundproofed so its a bit noisier than would be ideal.

Great Value great place to stay if you're looking for snowplay and gambling. The rooms come with a kitchenette and a full size fridge, stove, and microwave, so that helped us not eat out for every meal. 10-15 minutes away from casinos. very close to a shopping center (w/grocery store). small tube tv, good climate controls. Great for those on a budget.
