Nice overall, need car, not in central Reno Walls were a bit thin, but hotel does not seem like a party location, so wasn't much of a problem. Clean, affordable, and includes kitchenette, how can you go wrong? There is not daily maid service, as it is geared mostly for long-term stays.

Clean and comfortable The hotel and room was clean, easy parking, and convenient location with several dining options and shopping nearby. Many reviews note the firm mattresses as being unpleasant, but the three of us found them comfortable. Only drawback is the thin walls....we could hear running on the floor above, and alarm clocks and loud talking in neighboring rooms, but it wasn't bad enough to disrupt our rest. Good hotel, thin walls. I've stayed here several times and always found it good for my purposes. One caveat though, the walls in this hotel are very thin. If you happen to be near anyone making noise you can hear it clearly. Most people that stay here seem to be on business trips, so this isn't usually an issue. This most recent time my luck ran out, and I was up late a couple of nights because of noise. Other than that, it has always been a great spot for me when I'm in Reno for work. friendly staff Staff was very friendly, nice not to hear doors slamming closed, but would recommend it more for someone thats on a tight budget.

Very clean & as new I found the hotel room very clean, in as new condition, well equipped kitchen area. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I certainly would be happy to stay there again. And recommend it to others. WiFi was supposed to be free and complimentary - I did not find it that way - I did not bother to go and complain though. My only comments would be fairly typical critics of current typical state of the art: a) Noisy air condition.
