Non-Smoking Unfortunately, any hotel in a state that allows indoor smoking will smell, but our room was designated smoke free and still, it smelled of cigarettes. Not really the fault of the hotel. The beds were a little stiff. The help was great the night we got there.
Nice location, great value Other than the fact that the room was hastily cleaned before our arrival (there were hairs on my pillow case), the room was well furnished and spacious. Certainly got my money's worth.
Nice hotel for the money King size room was very ample. Replacement towels, shampoo etc. available at front desk. Staff was very helpful. Bed was too firm, even with foam pad. This could be a problem for some.
It's all good I thought the motel staff was extremely nice and welcoming and my stay there was a pleasant one. My biggest complaint would be that they need a couple more utensils in their rooms
Good facility which needs better service I checked in late and noticed that the hallway and room entry smelled of garbage. I left the air conditioning on, and opened a window down the hall. The next morning I complained to the manager and asked to be moved. He said that this wasn't possible but that he would have the room serviced. I asked that the carpet in the room be cleaned as well. To my knowledge this wasn't done.
OK...in a pinch Pros: The room was clean and hotel met my request for an early check-in. Cons: No shampoo. Upper floor noise (directly above me). They came in about 11:45 PM and it sounded like Middle Earth had opened up and a bunch of Hobbits were racing around the beds. One of the children was crying loudly, and at least one other set a land-speed record. Calls to the front desk went to voice mail.
