Well the power was out! I only got a king size bed it was supposed to be two queens. Ruby the lady at the counter was amazing

Great location, but ….. never again. This was supposed to be a non smoking property, but there was frequently a smell of marijuana that came into the room from our third floor room. Very uncomfortable mattress and cheap, thin pillows. The air conditioner rattled and shook every time the compressor turned off. Super noisy. The free “to go” breakfast was very sparse. Inhospitable Hospitality The front desk person was rude and inhospitable. Upon check in, she told me that they have fully equipped kitchens." I replied, "That's nice because I need one." When I got into the room I saw that they had not one thing in the kitchen, not a fork, not a plate not even dish soap. When I called the front desk to tell her this, she snapped at me, telling me, "You have to ask for it." I asked her, why didn t you tell me this at the front desk? The property was dirty with trash piled up on the garbage cans outside one of the exits, rooms were very outdated and old and it was difficult to see out the windows because they were very dirty...and would not open.
