Basic Stay I was in town overnight for business and didn't require posh lodging. The hotel worked out fantastically for my purposes of having a clean room to bed down for the night. Service was good and friendly.

worth it for the money This is what it says, an extended stay with your ammenities within the room so you don't have to go out and eat. Everything worked fine and the room was clean and neat.

Nice place, quiet Don't stay in room 223, the staff does laundry all night long and are oblivious to the noise that is generated when they slam the dryer doors shut and the dryers bake the room upstairs....found used condoms under the bed last week, someone had a party....don't walk bare footed in some of the rooms, your feet will get black from the dirt. So not sure how hard if any cleaning is done....for the price...its good for business....neighborhood is safe and so is your car. Close to food and entertrainment

Emergency stay at Extended Stay America Richmond I came to Richmond to attend an adjuster's conference before being deployed to handle claims related to Hurricane Sandy. I wanted a clean, economical place to stay and this facility fit the bill. The staff was very helpful. The only minor downside was I found an empty bag of dog treats under the bed. The bed was pretty hard so that can be a plus or a minus depending on your personal preferences.

Refurbished and greatly improved! Close to my office there many options for overnight stays when we need a break from the commuting grind. We have stayed here at least 10 times since July. Many of the romms have been fully refurbished and are really comfortable. The kitchenette is a grat convenience, the separate work area is a real bonus and the large couches and recliners great to help you feel at home. Good enough for the price Cheap rates makes this a good hotel for short stays. Room was somewhat dated, but clean. Make sure to request room on top floor and away from other guests as noise travels.
