Pillow cases where dirty and pillows are dirty And dingy.. this was my fault because I left my pillows behind

It was a good stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was I could never connect to the free WiFi. I would have no problem staying again.

Nice hotel but staff a little clueless. We went to 3 different extended stays before finding the right 1. There are a few hotels in the same area and 2 of which are right next to each other. The breakfast is a joke oatmeal and grits packets. Nutrigrain bars and coffee. We went out to breakfast luckily there is plenty to eat around including a Bob Evans in the parking lot. Great Experience. Friendly Staff The room was clean. The beds & pillows were comfortable The TV remote was missing, but I called the desk and went & got one from them. Could not figure out how to make the shower work. Front desk didn't know how either & offered to come down to the room, but we figured it out. Instead of a pull up knob on the faucet, the bottom of the faucet had to be screwed in - was a little tricky. The office didn't open until 7 am, but would have liked to have had it at 6 am.
