Was very simple and plain. Breakfast was lacking.

Mediocre It’s not a bad place to stay by any means, it was just very bland. Nothing special about this place.

This hotel was in a location close to shopping, restaurants, and only a ten minute drive to Mayo Clinic buildings. The staff was nice, the price was great, the room was freshly painted and clean, but you could tell there are rooms where smoking is allowed. As sometimes, you would smell smoke very stongly coming through the vent in the bathroom, we just cracked a window open for a while and it helped. With the rooms having kitchenettes, the "breakfast" is grab and go muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. The laundry room needed... read more

The desk clerk was doing laundry so we had to wait for him to check us in. Breakfast was disappointing..served in the lobby. No hair dryer..no ice machine..lacked the basics.
