It isn't the ritz, but I wasn't expecting the ritz. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for what we needed it for. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but I have slept in worse. Overall I would stay there again.

We met friends in Rochester to reconnect. Motel was clean. Had a good night's sleep. The staff could have been a bit more friendly otherwise no bad experience.

Good value and good location! Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The beds are older and super cheap so not very comfortable. But otherwise a good location for a great price.
Room came with a kitchen, but there was not a single item in the kitchen not even a glass. You had to fill out a form to request items you wanted. Staff at front desk was always busy so couldn't get anything. Blanket on the bed was so old, crusty and thin. Asked for another one and got a larger one with same qualities. Website said complimentary breakfast, but it was prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal pkts. Not even a place to sit and eat or prepare the oatmeal as it was on a tiny cart with other items.
