The property is always clean when I stay there and quiet. It is conveniently located by restaurants and coffee shop.

no roomssleep When we arrived, we were told there were no rooms. I told the desk attendant I had a reservation. She sternly told me "we don't have any rooms!" I then asked to please check my name. Then she did. She said " oh I guess we do have 1 room left. We were coming from a wedding reception so I was not looking forward to find another hotel. I wasn't very happy.

Wonderful Service Service was amazing. Manager and staff were very friendly.I enjoy staying at the Extended Stay Rochester North. I will return next year.

The gentleman that checked is in was Very welcoming! That made the start of our stay very pleasant! ! I wish I could thank him again! Anyway, the room seemed clean until the next morning packing up! I check everywhere . Under the bed was an opened candybar multi-pack & the kitchen garbage had garbage in it (not from us) Ewww! Anyway, that just makes me think where else have the corners been cut on cleanliness! Although, on first inspection , the bathroom looked very clean!

Not good breakfast - only individual wrapped muffins - no ice machine - room smelled like smoke but maybe we just got the unlucky room - staff was very nice

Very accommodating, no breakfast offered though. The "breakfast included" advertisement is very misleading.

No water glasses in the bathroom, The so-called free breakfast consisted of coffee, packaged muffin, and granola bars in the lobby after 6am.
