Excellent hotel for our needs (Sports Tournament stay). Great staff! Went out of their way to assure we had a good stay. It's a no frills hotel, but the Kitchen, easy access location, and low price make it worth it!

This hotel was in a location close to shopping, restaurants, and only a ten minute drive to Mayo Clinic buildings. The staff was nice, the price was great, the room was freshly painted and clean, but you could tell there are rooms where smoking is allowed. As sometimes, you would smell smoke very stongly coming through the vent in the bathroom, we just cracked a window open for a while and it helped.
