Price was fantastic. Refrigerator smelled awful. Neighbors were loud in the middle of tge night, but tge desk took care if it.

I was expecting that an Extended Stay would have dishes and flatware available, as do other similar type facilities. If I had known ahead of time, I would have brought my own.

The property is always clean and quiet for a hotel even on the weekends. It’s centralized near shopping and restaurants.

Testing at Mayo Rooms are basic. But fine. All we needed was a place to rest at night. Front desk was very helpful. Would stay again
