It is fine The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The bed was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offering was pretty sparse but it was better than nothing. Needed to use the GPS to find it since we were not familiar with Rochester.
Will stay again! We found the hotel staff to be very friendly, accomodating and professional. This may not be a five star hotel, but it more than met our needs and were overall very pleased with our stay. Should we have need to stay overnight at Rochester again, we will definitely consider staying at this facility again. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable! Walter & Lola Schott
Not bad, but very thin walls Person walking above sounded like stomping at 6am, then could hear everything in the room next to me at 7am, and finally the vacuuming in the other next door room sounded like it was in my room while I tried to sleep in a little bit after 8am.
Yes, we'll be back Very nice and a good value. The refrigerator had ice cubes ready and the very comfortable king size bed had an end table on each side to accomodate our 'stuff'. Also, the windows open to let in fresh air and they take pets.
Perfect place to stay We have stayed here before and booked again this time because of the comfort and convenience it offers. Rooms are large enough to move around with table, desk, comfortable bed and large comfortable relaxing chair. The kitchen area with refrig, sink, micro, coffee maker and kitchen utensils (dishes, towels etc.) is all set and ready for your stay. Hotel staff are most helpful and friendly. Comfortable place to stay This was perfect for just wanting a clean, comfortable room without paying for luxurious furnishings. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Even though we were only staying for a night and didn't really need a kitchen, it was nice to have. I especially liked the comfort of the room. Having a recliner and a table and chairs made it very nice. This hotel was a great value. They do not have hair dryers in the room but it was so easy to borrow one from the front desk.
