Would stay again First room offered to me the air was not working and it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. I was given another room only room available was a handicap room. The room was fine, didn't matter that it was a handi cap room for me, but worried that someone who was handicap then didn't get a room. Bed was extremely hard, not good sleeping. Rest of the room was fine, nice to be able to have my own food and drink in my room.

Great place for a rest The stay at ESA Rochester-North was a restful night's stay. My room was very clean and I even had a note from the housekeeper who had requested my input concerning the room's cleanliness. The room wasn't super fancy but it had everything that I needed. I didn't expect a small kitchenette in a room at this price. It was nice to pull some leftovers out of the fridge from the night before... it made for a quick breakfast so I could get back on the road. Great value at a Comfortable Hotel This last minute July trip meant late bookings for rooms in an area not visited before. So we weren't exactly sure where we would be. The room was large, clean, and a great value. I was, quite frankly, surprised at the quality for the price paid. It included a kitchen area with a large refrigerator, dishes and silverware. Mayo Clinic accessibility/Rochester, MN area location Room cleanliness and linen cleanliness average at best. Carpet needed cleaning and the same for ALL linens including sheets/comforter. Reinforced all negative perceptions of never sitting much less laying on comforter on hotel beds. carpeting was high durability but overall feel of the room felt 'ready to be steam cleaned' or hot water washed. cost was average but with all extended stay hotels, having kitchen/fridge always better than NOT having them. Very comfortable room The staff at this hotel were very friendly. They provide a very clean, comfortable room. You always take a chance whether you get a comfortable bed or not. Not here-they have very nice accomodations.

Good Value Price was great. Hotel had everything I needed. This is a great hotel for budget minded people. I will use this hotel every time I stay in Roch for work. Only downside, oldschool small TV.

ext stay in NW Rochester The hotel room overall was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the shower had no pressure. I would stay there again though cause it was nice location and clean.
