Long stay The reason I chose this hotel is that my wife has oporations from time to time at Mayo clinic and I whould stay there for a week or so.

Very disappointed with lack of channels to watch. There was no kid channels to watch. Loved the kitchenette that was very helpful.

Very clean Greeted by very nice people at the front desk coming and going. Would be happy to stay there again.

Very nice for the price This is a rather decent property for the price I paid. I will definitely stay there again in the future. Since it's an extended stay hotel, there are limited "frills", but for the price, it was well worth it. I really have only 2 complaints. 1) Every hotel should have a tv with input jacks for DVD, etc. in this day and age, especially an extended stay hotel. 2) This hotel is a bit noisier than others I have stayed in, I have to assume it is in the construction of the building, but after the first nigh... read more

Don't stay on the third floor if you don't smoke. Requested a non-smoking room. Got a non-smoking room on the third floor, which is where the smoking rooms are. The room smelled fine, but the hallway smelled strongly of smoke. When turning on the bathroom light, the fan turns on, which draws the smokey-smelling air under the door into the room. Ultimately, we took to cracking the window and shoving a towel under the door. They need to either go all non-smoking, or make the entire third floor smoking. The Microtel across the ... read more
