It was OK, better than many For the money this hotel lived up to its ratings by other guests. Our room was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and ready to help. Too bad the jackets provided to the desk workers look more like something the cleaning staff would wear rather than those in customer service. All in all this hotel is all right.
Very comfortable stay We were very pleased with everything about this hotel! It was our second stay there and we recommend it very highly.
Great Value Hotel rooms are spacious with a full-size fridge, microwave, and open closet with modern shelving system. Rooms are spacious. Hair dryer available upon request. Limited housekeeping for extended stays. Walls are a little thin. If you are looking for a comfortable rest and not a lot of extras, this hotel is an excellent value for the money.
Great room, bad room location. We got into the room late due to my husband's heart transplant surgery. The room was very clean and comfortable however once we went to bed we were kept awake for hours from the ringing of the elevator. I would highly recommend this hotel but make sure you get a room far away from the elevator. Our room was right next to the elevator on the second floor.

Excellent Value This hotel was comfortable and located in an easily accessible part of town. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again in the future and recommend it to anyone.
Great Stay Was clean and tidy, comfortable for a 1 night or 1 week stay, oved having a full kitchen. Will stay again when I go to Rochester Again.
