Good Value for the Money My husband and I make frequent trips to the Mayo Clinic and stay at this hotel every time. During our first trip, the planned four day stay turned into a fourteen day stay. I was grateful to have the kitchen and appreciated the hotel's proximity to shopping (Target and Walmart). Once, we decided to stay at another hotel because of price, and it just wasn't worth it. I have only two complaints: 1) There have been two false fire alarms having to do with something that can be fixed by the hotel. 2) We w... read more

Room was dirty (animal hair everywhere/dusty/dirty towels/chewed up headboard), heat fan had a constant clinking sound, and loud.

There were bugs crawling around the room. We have pictures and a video from this morning.

Everything smelled. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet running. Only nice thing was the laminate flooring throughout the entire room made me less worried about unclean carpet.

Fire alarm went off & had to stay outside with a cruthes

The room was really dirty. Paper thin walls, no hot water. Curtains didn’t close all the way and very bright in the room at night.I had to be at Mayo for an illness im dealing with and got no sleep. I will not stay here again.
