Good Value, accommodating staff Very convenient to downtown Rochester - about a five minute drive. Was allowed to check out after the listed 11am time without a hassle. Quiet, fully equipped suites for the price of a normal hotel room.

Very good hotel for price. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights after flying into Rochester to see drs at Mayo. We didn't have a car, so had to walk to stores. There was a shopping center with a Target within walking distance and severel places to eat. We bought food to cook which saved us money. The room was nice, the kitchenette was a big help. Our Story Experience pretty good. Staff somewhat confused about Orbitz. One clerk left a phone message about who we booked with. Mgr. didn't know why she asked, since Orbitz was on the computer record. We were surprised we had to buy our own bottle of dishwashing soap and there was no frying pan in the cupboard - only one saucepan.

No sleep Hotel was nice would of got better sleep if would of been on concrete floor beds were horrible! Could hear people in every surrounding room. And room had stale moldy smell.

Great Hotel for the money I was glad that e stayed at Extended Stay America. The service was great, and the rooms were large and clean. I would definitely recommend it to others

Great for long stay close to target and other stores I would stay here again if I go back to Rochester
