We arrived early and the person behind the desk, Kathleen, was wonderful. She helped us out a lot, and was very understanding and accommodating. The hotel was situated right near my brother's assisted living facility - I could walk there. It was convenient and well kept, clean, welcoming.
I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone from 9 pm until sometime after 4 am. I could hear every word he said - I think it was coming through the ducts because I can't imagine how else I'd hear that in a corner unit.
