Other than kitchen items, the property was fine and we will come back if visiting Rochester again.
The front desk agent who checked us in was very knowledgeable and help. Will definitely stay there again

The guy at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude.
That we were able to have our dogs with us. And the prices were very reasonable.

We arrived early and the person behind the desk, Kathleen, was wonderful. She helped us out a lot, and was very understanding and accommodating. The hotel was situated right near my brother's assisted living facility - I could walk there. It was convenient and well kept, clean, welcoming.

I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone from 9 pm until sometime after 4 am. I could hear every word he said - I think it was coming through the ducts because I can't imagine how else I'd hear that in a corner unit.
