Your contract for parking lot snow removal is a bust! If you are paying for snow removal you are getting screwed. I almost fell more than once and got my feet soaked and frozen almost every time I parked! Force them to do the job or get someone else. All else was great!

Room was adequet and bed was pretty comfortable for a hotel mattress. Bathroom could have been cleaner ( scum ring in the tub). The only complaint I really had was the snow cleanup in the parking lot. It had stopped snowing in the early morning and it still wasnt cleaned up by late afternoon and it wasnt very well done either. For the price it is a more than adequet hotel.

If you are needing lodging for medical appts, this IS the place to stay! The staff do their very best to help you. It’s reasonable rates and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly sand accommodating. The room is very nice and had what I needed for an extended stay
