Good hotel not great service The hotel is nice. Overall I was happy. Service was not great. The one day of room service I was supposed to get on Tuesday, never came. If I’m only getting one day of room cleaning at least show up for the one day... also the ac does not stay on all night so I have to have a fan to stay cool all night, I left my keys in my room and the lady behind the counter acted like it was a big deal to give me a new one and was not nice about it. Nice Hotel I have no complaints about the hotel. Only reason I didn’t give excellent is because there weren’t any vending machines on the floors.

Perfect stop in South Carolina! We loved this hotel. Great value for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Loved that it has walk in showers and a small kitchen with a full refrigerator. We will definitely book here again!

A mixed bag The hotel was what you’d expect from a travelers’ hotel. The location was not bad for Rock Hill and restaurants, but if Charlotte is your goal, the commuter traffic will make this far out fairly inconvenient. While I can’t point to anything in particular, the hotel didn’t suit me physically: the towels and soaps irritated my skin for days even after leaving, and the air conditioning dried out the room so much I had trouble sleeping. Perhaps it was all a fluke, but I left exhausted after a few days
