Very nice hotel close to all the shopping centers Everything was outstanding . This is the best hotel I’ve been to in my life . I thoroughly enjoyed myself during my stay . The room is so cozy and I didn’t have any complaints . My trip was to carowinds & it was o oh 20 mins away ! Which was great . I will definitely be coming back to this hotel . Thank you ...

Clean and comfortable. Quick stay so not much interaction with the staff other than front desk check in and out. Front desk staff were nice and curtious

everything was fine with the room except it had no hair dryer, and they could one when asked

Business Coffee in the room is pretty standard these days and it was missed. We had a full kitchen but you had to get a loaner coffeemaker downstairs and then they didn’t have coffee. Check in took quite a while. I feel there are a few issues with this new hotel. The room size was great.
