Excellent Staff The facility is newer, well designed and clean. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. If road noise bothers you it would be best to get a room farther away from the freeway. Interior walls were “thin” making nose from neighboring rooms very bothersome at times.

Easy check in, very large room. Shower floor seemed still a little dirty, but could be type of floor. Beds were very comfortable! A breakfast included would make this hotel a 5... but having the coffee going all the time was great!

Great place to stay. Close to the highway and clean. Comfortable bed... good nights sleep.

Food was left in the fridge from the previous person's stay. We were there for 4 days and not once was our room cleaned or new towels brought in. The door key quit working and had to go to the front desk to have it reactivated. The hotel ran out of sugar Thursday for coffee and didn't replenish until Sunday. The room and bathroom was a good size. Liked having kitchen access.

Very nice hotel close to all the shopping centers Everything was outstanding . This is the best hotel I’ve been to in my life . I thoroughly enjoyed myself during my stay . The room is so cozy and I didn’t have any complaints . My trip was to carowinds & it was o oh 20 mins away ! Which was great . I will definitely be coming back to this hotel . Thank you ...
