Ugh!! Kiosk!! Checking in was a pain! Had to use a kiosk, then it just went blank!! Had to get help

Bathrooms should always be clean. Website says breakfast coffee and a muffin is not breakfast. Rooms are not maintained. We had a hole in ceiling. Walls are dirty scratch

Extremely pissed off made an appointment almost 2 weeks prior to my visit there order the king size bed got stuck with a stupid double never ever while. I recommend them to anybody and I will never be back.

Booked with them and showed up after driving 12 hours just for nobody to be working the desk for check in. Tried calling support and all the available options to remedy but was met with silence

Simple coffee is not a free breakfast. Rooms were not properly cleaned, and there was a stale oder in our room. Refrigerator broke and had to be replaced.
