NO SLEEP & kitchen area was dirty. We had the worst night ever & didn't get any sleep at all because of noisy people above us! Complained to the only person that was working there, 4 different times with no resolve. My fiance and myself may have gotten 2 to 3 hours of sleep and we had to drive 600 miles the next day to get our vacation started. I didn't enjoy staying here. I was in room #211. The shade was broken and there was no way to block the parking lights from shining in my face. The bathtub bench is rusted and makes the tub area look unclean. April at the front desk was extraordinary. She was very pleasant and helpful. It's worth the extra money to stay someplace nicer.

Not a fan! There was no coffee maker, hair dryer in the room. We did ask for hair dryer and got one from front desk. As far as cleanliness, the shower was not clean, even had hairs in it. The bed sheets were not soiled, but did not smell clean. Bed very uncomfortable.

1st impression of arrival was descent! Ms. Reene & Tina were nice. The cleanliness of the hotel room wasn't pleasant. The shower was dirty. Hotel quality lacks care and attention to detail My stay was going well until I met the manager.. he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The manager behavior was extremely horrible towards me.
