I was laying down and out of nowhere there was a roach next to me in the night stand and there was a bad smell overall in the room

I did not stay at the property. Upon check in I was informed that this establishment does not rent to local residents. Although that particular grievance should be addressed with Extended Stay , I contacted hotels.com within the hour of being denied services with a paid receipt but was informed that I had only been charged $9 which has not been returned and the reservation would be cancelled. Booked a 2 1/2 week stay at this hotel through Expedia. Only to find out there was no house keeping/daily cleaning service. They mentioned that they only clean rooms if you stay “14 days” in which we did, and they still did not clean our rooms that day. We had to send our sheets to get washed and dried ourselves. Comfortable beds. Bathroom shower had hair all in it as well as countertop and bath towel.

Our hotel room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately had a very strong smell or wet dog and there was dog hair all in the carpet. Room did not have the feel of being ver clean. We asked if we could move rooms due to the smell but they said they couldn’t accommodate. We ended up going to the store to purchase multiple air fresheners.

Couldn’t use the restroom in the lobby. Mattress was lawful. Breakfast Coffey bad and muffins old. Small tv with bad picture. Chair didn’t work. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not enough staff

For it to be next to the mall it is a sketchy place. Place did NOT look like the pictures and found roaches in the room. Front desk wouldn’t even answer the phone!
