Thank you Robbe Robbe is the best. Hotel.com screwed up my reservation and Robbe spent 35 minutes on the phone fixing it. You has the best customer service skills ever.
GREAT STAY!!! It was a great stay! At first, I was hesitant to book & stay with this property because of the not so good reviews that I read over the internet. However, I gave it a try and I am so glad that I did. From the check in & check out process, the staffs were very friendly and efficient. The staffs even called our room just to check if the room is clean & comfortable or if there’s anything that we don’t feel comfortable so they can address it. Clean, spacious but a little noisy The room was clean and spacious. No pots, pans, cups, etc. in the kitchenette, not even a coffee maker. A little too much traffic noise, get a room around the back, away from Arden Way. Front desk people were polite and helpful.
