I was kind of sketchy because I did't know the area of Sacramento and also reviews of the rooms were not helping. But I actually had a nice stay. Our room was clean, there was plenty of room with a small kitchen. The area was ok I didn't see anything bad. Right of the freeway and also down the street there is a mall with lots of restaurants and stores. If I need to go back to Sac town I would consider staying here again.
Good experience Was overall a positive stay at the hotel.
Good overall value except for broken AC. Everything was great except that I couldn't get the AC to work in the morning. Sacramento was going through a heat wave that week so I was already sweating at 7am.

No Complaints Room was as expected; A/C unit unplugged but simple fix. Neighborhood not the best after dark-stay in your vehicle. Close to Arden Fair Mall, Good place to relax. Would come back.

Nice place, small beds. I got there at about 11pm and the office appeared closed. I called and they told me to just go o the lobby and they would buzz me in. Kind of odd, but okay. After check in, we went to the room. We were on the third floor, so it was nice that they had an elevator. Room was fine, but the beds were a little small. Overall, I would stay there again.
Price was right. I did not know daily room cleaning was not included. For the price that was fine, but it should have been mentioned.

Nice Stay Could had been Better! Very nice room, slow service. Staff wasn't to organized when checking in. The staff had to come to my room and have me sign my paper and I still didn't get a receipt afterwards. There was a dirty sock in the room like housekeeping stuck it in the back of the phone book, I don't know it was just weird to me.
