It was great. Stayed at one before somewhere else and was very disappointed. Decided to try again and was very happy with this one. Perfect location, very clean and friendly service.

Average stay Average stay. The front desk personnel are outstanding. They're very friendly, helpful, and attempt to accommodate you. They do have a plumbing issue in 236. I assumed water was left on the ground due to the cleaning lady. However, it was coming from the toilet. Disgusting. There's no way housekeeping wouldn't have noticed it.

Great Stay Nice little kitchen area but be aware that you have to ask the front desk for pretty much everything (spoons, cups, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc). Breakfast is terrible...granola bars and coffee but this is to be expected at an 'extended stay' hotel where you're expected to prepare your own food. Front desk had great customer service! Area was a little sketchy with lots of homeless around and with signs everywhere around the parking lots to bring all items into the room and to not leave anything in your car. Room... read more

Always willing to work with you. Booked the room for 2 nights and arrived extremely late (check in is at 3pm I arrived at 4am) they had no problem with me arriving late and checking in at 4am. Got my keys and my room was clean and live able. Nice kitchen area with a full size fridge and decent shower/water pressure. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay a bit out of down town Sacramento and the hotel is right off the freeway.

This hotel was not prepared for my arrival. I reserved a king size bed and they tried to put me and my wife in a gross room with a queen that wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room had a smoke alarm that was beeping incessantly because of a low battery. I asked for a different room and got a room with double beds-one of the beds didn't have any sheets. Our room didn't have a hair dryer either, and when my wife asked for one, they said they were all out and to ask again tomorrow morning. I had to ask for sheets and make my own ... read more
