Non-smoking comfort Excellent in all respects. Natalie the Check-in was outstanding and helpful. Great bed.

They gave us 1 bed instead of 2 the roll away helped just a little!! Made things right and thats want counts!!

Arden Sac One night on business here. Best features is that it is close to the freeway and it offered a kitchenette to cook a hot meal. Check in was slow due to bogging computers and there is construction being done to hotel so noise began early. Staff was nice but frazzled.

Good hotel while being environmental and user cons The hotel stay was great overall. Just one lamp was not working. Good to have to option to request additional towels at the front desk as well as the cooking utensils too. Wish the water was unlimited hot water because my wife was not so happy having to cut her shower short. We recommend this hotel to those who are couples or families.

Room was clean but flooring was sticky as cleaning solution had not been properly rinsed. Mattress was very firm. Kitchen facilities and refrigerator were great and a nice convenience for a long stay. There is no daily service and you must change your linen with the front desk which makes this a very affordable place to stay.

Loitering guests made hotel seem seedy. Lots of unsavory people hanging out on outside walkways. Looked like a section 8 housing apartment complex.

Great clean place to stay. Definitely a nice place to stay. I was surprised. I always thought these were cheap hotels.
