Booking was easy but checking in was awful. Having to wait outside in cold. Room side of beds dirty. Maybe i am not used to Sacramento and 100 deposit ridiculous
people around cars all night. they never cleaned our room. loud guests. bad parking
Thirsty!!!!! I was charged $40 for a dime size soda stain on the sheets. I reserved the room with price quote of $228 but, upon arrival I was told it was $267 with tax and an additional $100 holding deposit. I went back to ask for the $40 to be refunded since a soda would not leave a stain and washing the bedsheets is not considered extra cleaning. I was told no, because the soda stain. Do Not book here!!! They will nickel and dime your bill. Nicole Harvey
Not a safe Hotel I feel cheated, I want my money back or a least a credit Room wasn't ready, once the room was ready they charged an extra $100 for deposit. $290 total for a dirty room with commotion all night, who knows what was going on. I'm pretty sure I don't want to know Place is not safe!!
Will never stay here again
Signs everywhere saying don’t leave things visible in your car. Homeless encampments nearby. The area is not safe. This should have no more than 1 star.
