When I called I was not told that I had to pay $123 for an early check in and then they gave me a room that was already rented out with people inside the room

I was very disappointed with my stay. I arrived, walked into the first room and it reeked if weed. Thh front desk girl was very accommodating and got me another room right away. That room started fine and I dealt with the smell of weed later that evening when someone was lighting up downstairs and it came up through my unit. The hotel said that it had a continental breakfast but what that really meant was a “grab and go breakfast” of crappy individually wrapped muffins and granola bars. HORRIBLE This hotel is absolute GARBAGE! I will never return again. I was told I wouldn’t be able to check in early, even though I had explained that our event was at 2pm. They explain they wouldn’t have a room ready before 3 o’clock which was check in time. Fair enough. We showed up at the hotel at 3:00 o’clock to check in. After waiting in line for 1 hour, we were told that there was no clean double bed rooms, and that one could be cleaned but that it would take 2 hours. Door Security The door did not fully close. Even when the security lock was on the door was not flush with the doorjam.

The room smelled terrible! It was like someone tried to cover up the smell of cigarettes with lysol. The door was not aligned with the wall so it was hard to open. A draft was coming in through the front door. The atmosphere of people who stayed there made me uncomfortable. The walls are very thin. Absolutely not worth the money
