When I arrived to checkin, I had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to come to the office and check me in. The manager was very rude when I complained about the wait. The outside of the hotel was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The inside of the room was decent for the price but I would not return due to the customer service received by the staff.

Light in bathroom didnt work but everything eles was good

Crackheads galore and a touch of SF homelessness Observed several people smoking fancy glass crack pipes in the lot and on balconies in front of rooms. There appeared to be a security guard who only left his vehicle once to address a guy standing in front of a hotel room for a period of time. He appeared to be more preoccupied with whatever activity he had going on his phone. Poorly maintained property Bed was okay but the rest of the room was dirty. Floors (linoleum) looked like they had not been mopped in weeks. Bathroom sink was stained. A stranger knocked on my room door at 11:30pm. I did not answer but it was very scary.

Homeless everywhere, area is shady, seems like a lot of people walking around premises are crack head. It doesn’t look like a safe hotel to stay.
