The room was okay. There is still a little hole on the wall. Free breakfast are muffins, snack bars, tea, and of course coffee.

It was clean. The bed was made with crisp white sheets and pillows. The room warmed up fast. It was a cold and rainy night. We had our mini golden doodle with us. Our dog “Dude” just loved it. The next morning I called the front desk and the room phone wasn’t working. He said he would send maintenance up to fix it. He was there in just a couple of minutes He was polite and friendly. Staff was friendly, everything was generally clean. Have to ask for bath and kitchen items downstairs in lobby but not too bad. Provided some pastries and coffee in the morning in the lobby. Overall was nice.

Room was in great shape and Steven was wonderful at check-in and checking out.
Room 329 was nicer than Room 107 Staff was great. At 11:11 pm on Sun Jan 18 sound asleep the fire alarms went off - bolting us from our beds to go out into the hall - were after about :60 the alarms stopped but no announcements, apologies were made. If you do plan to stay there the only thing in the rooms are 2 little bars of soap and 2 plastic cups so if you need shampoo you have to ask the front desk.
