Hana, the check-in clerk was very helpful. I slept well as the bed was fresh and clean. It suited my purpose as I was looking for a place near to my destination and to get a good night’s rest. There was some smell of tobacco in the lobby and elevator area but ok once I got to my room.
TV didn't work. Fire alarm beeped all night. No shampoo or soap

The room we booked was not available- they sold all of them even though I had a reservation, so we were moved from 2 queen beds to a king and a couch. Not what I reserved, but the hotel attendant offered a discount for the inconvenience and I appreciated that. The duct tape on the couch was really low end. I realize this is a budget hotel, but this was pretty bad.

The receptionist I think her name was Alissa is an excellent employee. I hope you do something nice for her.
We arrived late at night with a last minute booking and only stayed for the night. We had our two year old with us and the extra space in the rooms and kitchen area was very nice. Place was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.
