Really!! Waited 40 min for checkin no one answered the phone outside no one in office. Got a room with pull out bed and no bedding in room and not offered either. Pull out bed mattress was disgusting refused to lay on it so other person just slept on couch. No remote in hotel room either. Just overall bad experience.

No room at the inn! I confirmed my reservation earlier in the day, and asked the person to mark us as late check in, since we weren’t arriving until after 1am. Our taxi dropped us at the property in the pouring rain, only to be greeted by a locked lobby door, and a person on the phone informing us that they overbooked, don’t like People who book through Hotels.com, and they had nothing for us. I went there in the mid night, I have been told there is no room for me. I told I have reservation through hotels.com. They said, they are not responsible for it.

The place was dirty, tub was dirty, no towels when we arrived.

I checked in and expected the place to be nice. But as I walked to my room I could really see the place looked run down. The interior of the room was ok. But I wouldn't stay there again.

Will not be back First impression, smells like cigarette smoke. Had to sleep with window open ro get some kind of fresh air. Booked 2 bed room instead put in a 1 full size wheelchair accesible room which was dirty smaller tjan expected & uncomfortable.
