Called ahead and said we would be arriving very late (around 1am) . Front desk said no problem. After driving 12 hours we get here and and the desk clerk says they are doing an audit for the next 20 minutes and she can't check me in until then....keep in mind it's 1am. So we go out into the car and wait. Come back at 1:30am and am checked in. Took forever because the clerk couldn't get the pet fee charged. The property was in poor condition and loud. The air conditioner was loud the fridge was loud and the walls were very thin

Was moved from property because there was no rooms available. Bought the room online and when I got there they said they did not have a room available and was moved to another location.

Had a reservation, called Hotel 6 hours prior to arrival telling them I would be arriving later that night, was assured there would be no problem,arriving later that night was told there were any clean rooms available because they were short staffed, there were other customers told the same. WORST HOTEL RESEVATION EXPERIENCE And I have a pending charge from this Hotel some Nerve
Unprofessional I asked for a late check out and they said it would be noted and as I’m in the shower a man was opening and yelling in my door. Very unprofessional.

I was given a room that someone else was staying in and then given another dirty room with someone’s belongings in there Finally 3rd time I got a clean room.
