ROACHES Room was infested with roaches. Asked to move and they said no room available. Took 4 days to get refund.

Terrible experience Service was terrible, room was ok. Wasn’t very clean. The entire floor was sticky. I would never stay there again. First impression, I was in the line to check in and the lady in front of me was complaining because the room she was assisted had a naked man smoking in it when she opened the door. The lady working didn’t seem surprised at all. That in itself should tell you everything you need to know.

Wow, what can I say. The lobby was tiny and not clean. The staff not friendly. Walking to my room I realized I made a mistake. There was a pile of trash by the dumpster, the walking paths were stained and dirty. There were sketchy people all over the place, 3 and 4 families staying the rooms around me. When I walked in my room there was no bed skirt on the bed, the cabinets were worn and there was a roach on the bathroom wall. The bathroom smelled of urine. I was disgusted. Dirty dirty no towels or shower curtain

Rate extended stay America The hotel was awful dirty and basically old and unkept. Service was crap had to wait 10 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. I will never stay at extended stay America even if I have to sleep in my car.
