I had a big issue with room. Hotels.com would not do anything to help me and the manager said I was getting charged for smoking I went up to office and told him that I didn't smoke and that I just wanted issue resolved. He was runn8ng in 10 diff ways and still managed to remain professional and give exceptional customer service I deff respect the manager roj

Not the friendliest staff. Only one shampoo for 4 people and maid never had replenishing supplies, like towels ,tp, or soap. If you wanted a coffee maker had to pay extra..... Lots and lots of parking though.. We booked 2 rooms and when we got there they only held one. Had confirmation and email for 2. They said it was because we used a third party like hotels.com.
We stayed because the price is right and it was close to I-5.
