No cutlery or cups, breakfast was all ‘fake food’, no servicing of the rooms, noisy air con, keys often failed.

The room was smelling like smoke. When I booked the regular room but you the gave the associate room.

Adequate for our needs Third time in one of these Extended Stay facilities and always the same. Comfortable - friendly and more than adequate. Always a great area to relieve our 15 year old Cockapoo. Will use again.

about what I expected the room was a very nice looking room, it was clean, the kitchen area is large, the bed was just OK (bit hard for my taste). The "breakfast on the go" is kind of a joke, basically a few granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee, I mean - at least throw a few donuts or croissants out there. There were quite a few dogs in the building and I did get bit by a flea in the room, but that's kind of what you get with a "pet friendly" hotel and a dozen or more dogs in the building.
