Would have liked a Shampoo in the bathroom, otherwise VERY happy.

Non smoking room but smelled like smoke. Wouldn't go back room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. Staff wasn't to friendly and electricity went out and they never apologized or said anything about it.

Overbooked rooms Hotels.com had over booked the hotel room and I'm not sure whether it was a problem on the site but luckily the front desk clerk found us one but while we were checking in she had to turn away 2 other people.

All good, but noisy! Overall, the facility is great. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The only negative was the construction of the building makes this motel quite noisy. The first morning, at 6:30 a.m., I awoke to the sound of two people having a discussion in my room! After checking it out further, they were in the room next to me, but with the thin walls between us, it sounded just like I was sitting in the same room as them. Awesome hotel I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and all the amenities were working. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive and comfortable hotel. Ms. Rikki was especially kind with her charming personality and I really appreciated her help. Hotel location is also great, lots of shopping and food options available nearby. Highly recommended.

Great value If you need a good place to stay that is very reasonably priced, and don't require someone to make your bed for you, then this is where you should stay.

The talking from the registration desk was exceptionall loud. I then found out it was employees talking. No consideration for the guest whatever. I was in room 117
