The hotel was average, but nice and clean. It did have a kitchenette, but only a grab and go muffin for breakfast and coffee. The desk clerk was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The only problem we had during our stay was someone in the room next to us had people going in and out of their room every 5 minutes slamming the door keeping us awake. At 1:00 A.M. We couldn't take it any longer, we called the front desk to report them. They said they would call them, the door slammed one more time and it was over. So it was probably... read more

A comfortable safe hotel in in Sandy, Utah. Located in a nice area of Sandy, Utah just off of I-15. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. Safe location. Plenty of parking. Our room was on the first floor with a king sized bed, kitchenette, flat screen tv, and free wifi. We did notice that upon entering the hotel lobby we could smell someone cooking....not bad enough to make us turn around and leave. The front desk person was very professional at check-in. Excellent value compare to other similar hotels Place is great. Only downfall is front desk isn't staffed or even open 24/7

Convenient and clean A little confusion about pet at check in, but it was handled well. Room clean. If you expect to cook, you have to get everything from the desk (not even a coffee cup in the room). The front desk people were very nice about getting things. The rooms were quiet and the pet rooms nice. Did get the internet to work.

Extended Stay of America (wire less) If my stay would have been longer I would have switched hotels simply because the wireless internet connection was horrible. (.770/mg per sec) Unacceptable. The upgrade for $5.00 a day did nothing to improve the performance. In this day and age a fast internet connection is a necessity. I hope Extended Stay gets the message soon. Other than that my stay was suitable.
