Don’t do it Do not stay here unless you would like to be scammed. Very very very dirty, outdated, no gym as advertised, no breakfast, staff unsure what amenities they have, and did not offer room service during our stay. Would not recommend to anyone

This was a reasonably nice property with a great night staff, but surprising technical issues with checking in in the middle of the night and loitering questionable people on site made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. -driving from SF, we called twice to confirm we could check in late. We were told about "night audit" but were not informed that we could not check during it. During the middle of the night, there was a loud, obscene, and violent domestic dispute that dragged on for approximately two hours in the room directly below ours. The front desk was unresponsive. Police were called and after a lot of door slamming, etc. the noise finally subsided. When I checked out, I asked that they refund our pet fee for the trouble. I booked the hotel for my 18 year old daughter to attend orientation for the U because it said minimum check in age was 18. She flew from Portland by herself to an unfamiliar city because she is a brave new adult. They would not let her check in because they “changed their policy” and you must be 21 to check in. She is alone and scared to death and they would not budge. Drive through nightmare (This hotel shairs a parking lot with a fast food restaurant.) Thair is only one main entrance to the hotel, and the restaurants drive through line is the only way to get to the hotel. On top of that there is road construction going on in the Maine road at the only entrance. And not enough parking.

Dirty floors...made feet blackened with dirt in just minutes. Breakfast was an embarrassment. Might as well have been no breakfast at all.

Hotel was under room renovations so not a lot of hotel parking due to dumpsters. The street in front was also under construction so had to risk your life/car to shoot the gap from on coming traffic or drive past and make you turn. Shower had no hot water at 10am. Recliner was old and felt like a cat had dug its claws into both arms. It shares parking lot with a chic-fil-a. Since not a lot of hotel parking had to park and battle with the drive through lane of the restaurant.
