This was a very stressful trip. I got to the property and the day of the reservation and the hotel told me I didn’t have a reservation. The guy was not helpful on me trying to renew my reservation . Since we booked through hotels.com I had to get online and book through them again he wouldn’t try to help me get it figured out. Three transactions later I was able to get the new reservation. We got to the room it was dirty the tub had hair in it from who knows when. Would not stay here again.

The shower pressure was so powerful it was painful. The faucet would not shut all the way off, and dripped. No handrails for an elderly person to get in and out safely.

Reminded me of a teenage room. Looked clean but everything was swept all garbage under bed

Not as advertised. The staff is friendly but the hotel is in sad shape and in need of a MAJOR renovation. The sink and bathtub were stained, as was the carpeting. The exterior grounds are dirty and ill kept. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room 137 very noisy with morning staff allowing doors to slam shut when staff entered or exited hotel laundry. Started each morning at about 4 to 5 am.

The area was a little sketchy. There was dust and dirt on the floor.

This hotel has seen better days. Towels thin ratty and had holes. Same goes for furniture and bedding. Was inexpensive price but felt cheap not a place I would recommend to anyone.
